Meet Sherina, Your New Local Bakery Manager in Eastchester, New York

What did you do before becoming a COBS Bread bakery manager?  

I worked as a Store Team Leader at Wegmans. 

What is your favorite thing about being part of the COBS Bread network?  

I love that everything we make is made fresh from scratch and that unsold items that are donated to charity at the end of each day.  

What are you looking forward to the most about the new bakery?  

I’m looking forward to engaging with the community, while introducing Who We Are at COBS Bread to new customers. 

What is your recipe for success?  

Plan for it, work hard, focus, adapt, communicate, continue to learn and grow, and give your all and win. 

How are you planning on getting involved in the community?  

I love community service and am happy to volunteer my services at the local food bank. 

If you were a treat or loaf from COBS Bread, which one would you be and why?  

Our Lemon Blueberry Scone, because just like it is a perfect blend of wild blueberries, lemon filling, and white chocolate chips, I’m a great blend of positivity, compassion, ambition, and sweetness!
